Healthcare Initiatives

Blood Donation Camps
As part of KAITHANG's commitment to supporting public healthcare systems, Blood Donation Camps are organized to address blood shortages in government hospitals and promote voluntary blood donation among youth and community members. Conducted in collaboration with healthcare institutions and educational organizations, these camps encourage regular blood donation while providing critical support to patients requiring emergency and life-saving care. The initiative has contributed blood units to support patients in need of critical care, increased awareness among students and community members on the importance of voluntary blood donation, and strengthened KAITHANG's blood donor network and emergency response capacity. The program has also facilitated the development of a blood donor database and digital platforms that help connect blood donors with individuals requiring urgent support.

Free Medical Camps
KAITHANG organizes Free Medical Camps to improve access to basic healthcare services, particularly for underserved and rural communities. These camps provide health screenings, medical consultations, and awareness on preventive healthcare, helping individuals identify health concerns at an early stage and adopt healthier lifestyles. Through collaborations with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and local community institutions, the camps offer general health check-ups, diabetes screening, and basic eye care services while promoting awareness about preventive healthcare and the importance of regular medical examinations. By facilitating early detection of health risks and providing access to professional medical guidance, these initiatives contribute to building healthier and more informed communities.
